We ask for a £15 deposit when booking online. At Siwalee we operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. This is because short notice cancellations do not allow sufficient time for us to book another client. When clients do not show up or cancel late, our staff still need to be paid and other overheads covered. If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible. Your booking deposit will be transferred to an alternative date/time, so long as you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you just don’t show up, you will automatically lose your deposit. If you fail to cancel or re-schedule outside our 48-hour cancellation deadline, your deposit will be retained.
